Mel expands on her love for the community and how she found her passion in serving the community through events to put the Heatons & Reddish on the map as well as the community newspaper(s) they produce. Bryan set up the Northern Poets Society during the lockdown, to provide an online creative community for poets in the North of the UK. Bryan has also started hosting live poetry readings at the historic landmark Clitheroe Castle (https://www.lancashire.gov.uk/leisure-and-culture/museums/clitheroe-castle-museum/) with the next one in April 2022.
